Ingredients
100g buckwheat noodles
Tinned sardines in water
Four spears of broccoli
Grated carrot
Mixed peppers
One teaspoon of chilli oil (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
What to do
Boil half a litre of water and add a pinch of salt. Pop in the noodles and cook as directed by the cooking instructions on the packet.
3 minutes before the noodles are due to finish cooking add the broccoli and carrots
Once cooked, drain the noodle pot and add the mixed peppers
Place the noodle mix into a bowl, add the sardines and drizzle with chilli oil (or olive oil)
Season with salt and pepper
