Ingredients
Tin of tuna in water
Six new potatoes
Four cherry tomatoes
Three large spears of broccoli
Tablespoon of chopped red onion, cucumber and carrot
Tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
What to do
Boil the potatoes for 12-15 minutes or until soft
Boil the broccoli spears for 3-4 minutes
Add all ingredients to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
