Black Bean Burger

Black bean burger

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15oz) Black beans, canned, drained and rinsed

  • 1/2 cup Quinoa, uncooked

  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs

  • 1 medium egg

  • 1 tbsp Cumin

  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped

  • 2 clove Garlic, minced

What To Do

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

  • Pulse until combined and slightly sticky.

  • Press into hamburger forms.

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Cook each until it looks dry and is cooked through.

  • Serve on its own, in a lettuce wrap, or on a bun, with all of your favorite burger fixings and sides!
